Why we do this

Mushrooms aren't plants,
they're something else.

Field Theory was born from lineage and from an unshakeable belief that people deserve better.

We exist to make sure every person who eats what we grow gets exactly what their body needs. Honestly. Without compromise. The way food was always meant to be.

"Mushrooms aren't just food. They're a framework for how to grow, connect, and build something that lasts."
